HOLIDAY RENTALS IN SALOBREÑA
Holiday rentals in Salobreña, Tropical Coast of Granada, are expected to be opening in 2022
New tourist apartment complex is being built in the city of Salobreña, Costa Tropical Spain. The project is planned to be open for summer 2022, including 35 holiday apartments. In a second stage 40 remaining holiday apartments will be added to the project. The whole structure includes up to 75 holiday rental apartments for self catering services, along with other leisure facilities.
It will be two keys category and one double bedroom apartments. There will be a semi-basement for parking, reception, three floors and an outdoor top terrace with swimming pool, jacuzzi area and a snack bar.
This new acommodation facility is suitable for every tourist profile, mainly families, couples, and long stay retreats, only ten minutes walk to the beach. Its central location makes an easy access to shopping facilities, restaurants, local life and cultural entertainments offered in town.
